Island Routes Wine Luncheon Experience
Island Routes Caribbean Adventures warmly welcomes wine lovers to a lovely luncheon at Nassau's only 5-Star Restaurant. Upon entering the stunning Five-Star restaurant you will be greeted with a glass of champagne and then led by Graycliff’s Master Sommelier on a tour of the hotel and restaurant’s acclaimed wine collection. Housing fine and rare wines, the cellar is comprised of over 250,000 bottles from 400 vinters, acquired over decades by Enrico Garzaroli, the establishment’s Chairman and CEO. Garzaroli exudes passion when it comes to his wine collection as it is one of the largest private collections in the world and it has received the prestigious Wine Spectator Grand Award since 1988. The Wine Luncheon consists of a delectable four-course, gourmet repast paired with the appropriate wines. The menu consists of an appetizer, soup or salad, main course and dessert.
Dolphin Swim from Nassau
Enjoy learning about these truly unique animals while touching, dancing and even kissing the bottle-nose dolphins in deep water. Feel the thrill of “riding” the dolphin belly-to-belly as the water rushes by. Watch them at play as they jump high into the air to impress you. This is certainly not an experience you want to miss! Sea Garden and Historic Habour Tour
Experience the beautiful waters of Nassau from above and below the surface on this wild water adventure. Set sail through the open harbor, past New Providence, Paradise Island, and more, listening to your informative guide as they point out the history behind each site. Some of the most famous sites include the water front gabbana from the James Bond movie “Thunder Ball,” Potter’s Cay Dock with food and mail boats, and the glamorous homes of the rich and famous on Montague Beach. When you reach the Sea Garden, it’s time to get underwater, without getting wet, thanks to our underwater observatory. With a personal window view and a knowledgeable eco guide, you’ll meet some of the most interesting inhabitants of the island.
